Privacy Policy

Last updated: 22 June 2026. This is a draft policy in advance of public launch.

What we collect.

Plus 1 collects: your name and email (for account identification); weight measurements from Apple HealthKit (for contest outcome verification); messages you post in your group's chat thread (to support group features); your timezone and country (for scheduling); payment information processed by Stripe (we do not store card details — Stripe holds them).

What we don't collect.

We don't collect: location data; contacts; advertising identifiers; browsing history outside the app; data on people who aren't using the app.

How your data is used.

Your weight data and chat messages are sent to Anthropic via API call for the sole purpose of generating in-app agent responses ("Big Mike"). Anthropic does not retain this data for training. Payment data is handled by Stripe per their privacy policy. We do not share, sell, or rent your data to any third party for marketing.

Where your data is stored.

On Supabase infrastructure hosted in Sydney, Australia. UK user data is processed in compliance with UK GDPR; Australian user data is handled per the Australian Privacy Principles.

Your rights.

You may request a copy of your data, deletion of your account, or correction of inaccurate data by emailing rob@agentfinance.ai. Requests will be actioned within 30 days.
